FAQ
Got a question? We try to answer them here.
A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."
A: We make no charge ourselves for download or use of any of the 'Free' samples offered on this site. We do ask that you don't re-distribute them on thier own, obviously we want people to visit our website not someone elses! It's great if they form part of a larger project though, compiled or otherwise.
A: We release all our 'Free' samples through our web site so that everyone can enjoy them. As we hope you will appreciate our customers like you, demand the best. So we give our customers a comparative advantage by offering the latest and greatest to them first.
A: We retain all rights to our work under all circumstances legally applicable; we just don't charge you to use the Free examples in your work. If there is any question about the rules, we choose which regulatory domain rules will apply, it is likely either to be your country of residence, country of society registration, or country of sale or even all of them. These aren't our rules they are the rules that software is normally distributed under. But we sincerely hope that our trust in you is returned likewise.
Q: Liability?
A: We accept no liability or transfer of liability for the web site or 'Free' samples, whatsoever. We express no fitness for purpose or suitability for use, this responsibility is entirely yours. From the world collapsing inwards to even if you don't like it and everything inbetween, its your responsibility, 100%. You wouldn't sue your car manufacturer, if the restuarants meal makes you sick now would you? After all, it was your choice where to eat!
A: Don't pass of our work as yours, we won't do that to you - ever!
Of course, if you feel there is something we should quote, let us know,.,
A: Simple, you own what you did, but we still own our bit! That could include the idea, not just the code! If you want to talk to us about something, check out the Contact US link and we will be happy to discuss any concerns you may have.
